Delivery and Returns

What countries do you deliver to?

Stock Xpress deliver globally, from America through to Europe and further afield. All Western European countries are available immediately through the postcode finder option.
If you’re outside of Europe, then get in touch with us so that we can tailor your shipping requirements.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Our delivery charges are FREE to UK mainland addresses, for orders over £50 before VAT added. There is a delivery charge for the Scottish Highlands and Islands and all overseas orders – charges vary depending on the size and weight of your order. Our postcode finder at the checkout will provide an accurate delivery cost based on your location and delivery items.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes. When you’re at the checkout, just enter your postcode using our postcode finder. All delivery options will be shown including next day. Next day orders must be placed before 11:30am.

Can I collect an order?

Yes, simply click the PICK UP ONLY option when going through checkout.  You will receive a telephone call or email when your item is ready to be collected. Your order can be collected from: Hibiscus Plc, Hudswell, Leeds, LS10 1AG

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes. There is an opportunity for you to enter the delivery address details on the address page of the Checkout. Or, if you are registered with Hibiscus, you can add additional addresses in ‘My Account’.

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item simply contact Stock-Xpress on 0113 242 4272. Your item will be replaced with a charged replacement and you will be refunded upon receipt of your unwanted item.
