Sad farewell

Today we are retiring one of our oldest serving team members - our Wohlenberg Guillotine.

The Wohlenberg was built in 1971: the same year that the UK switched to the decimal currency, Texas Instruments released the first pocket calculator and the Bay City Rollers were topping the charts.

For years, our trusty old guillotine has cut literally millions of silkscreen hazard warning diamonds, hazchem panels and ADR placard labels.  It was a fabulous piece of engineering, but sadly, after 20 years of service, we're saying a fond farewell.

However, it's not all bad news - we have a fantastic new guillotine and our old one is to be reconditioned and sent to a nice new home. Recycling at it's best!
